Guest Student
Article 49:
In cases where a student is temporarily compelled to change their place of study, they may do so with the agreement of both the home and host universities, in the capacity of a guest student, temporarily, for a specified period.
Article 50:
A student can become a guest at a university provided that they have completed at least one academic semester at their home university.
Article 51:
A student's guest status at a university for attending one or more courses on a single-course basis is permissible with the consent of the home university and the agreement of the host university.
Article 52:
Every student in any field can study as a guest at one university full-time for a maximum of one semester during an associate degree program, or two semesters during a bachelor's degree program. In any case, the number of courses taken by the student as a guest (whether full-time or single-course) at any university must not exceed 40 percent of the total credits of the program.
Note:
The course selection of the student, whether single-course or full-time, must be informed to the educational group of the home university and comply with the conditions of the host university.
Article 53:
The credits that a guest student earns at a university are recorded exactly as they are in their transcript at the home university. Their grades will be included in the calculation of the semester average and overall average.
Article 54:
The graduation certificate for a guest student is issued by the home university in any case.
