Addition and Deletion

Article 17:

A student may, within each academic semester, only within a period of less than two weeks after the start of the semester, select up to two additional courses, drop two selected courses, or swap two selected courses with two others, provided that the total number of selected credit hours does not exceed the stipulated limit.

Article 18:

In case of emergency, a student may drop only one of their theoretical courses with the approval of the relevant academic department up to 5 weeks before the end of the semester, provided that the student's absence from that course does not exceed 1/3 of the total hours of that course, and secondly, that the number of remaining credit hours does not fall below 12.

Article 19:

The deletion of all courses taken in a semester is only permitted if, upon the determination of the university's educational council, the student is unable to continue their studies in that semester. In this case, that semester will be considered part of the maximum allowable study period for the student.
