Advanced Academic Evaluation of the Student

Assessment of Student's Academic Progress

Assessment Criteria

Article 20:

The assessment of a student's progress in each subject is based on attendance and participation in class, completion of assignments, and results from midterm and final exams. The instructor of each subject is the authority responsible for assessing the student in that subject.

Note:

Conducting a final exam for each subject is mandatory.

Article 21:

The criterion for assessing a student's academic progress is the subject grade, with grades assigned as numerical values from zero to twenty.

Article 22:

The minimum passing grade in each subject is 10. A student who fails any of the required subjects is obliged to retake it at the earliest opportunity. However, the grades for all subjects, regardless of whether they are passing or failing, are recorded in the student's transcript and included in the calculation of the average.

Note:

If a student fails an elective subject, they may choose another subject from the approved elective courses table instead of that subject.

Incomplete Course

Article 23:

In exceptional cases, the grade for teaching practice, internship, fieldwork, work in the field, and courses presented with a project in the approved curriculum may be converted to a final grade if their completion, at the discretion of the instructor and with the approval of the relevant educational group, occurs during the following semester.
