Attendance in Class Sessions
Article 14:
Student attendance in all sessions related to each course is mandatory, and the total number of absences for a student in any course must not exceed 3/16 of the total hours for that course; otherwise, the student will receive a grade of zero for that course.
Clause 1:
If a student's absences in any course exceed 3 but are deemed justified, that course will be dropped. In this case, maintaining the minimum of 12 credits during the semester is not required for them; however, the mentioned semester will be considered a full semester in the student's academic record.
Clause 2:
Absences during the first two weeks of any course, due to adding or dropping courses or for any other reason, are not permitted and will count as part of the 3/16 allowable absences for the student.
