Medical withdrawal can only be proposed in the Educational Council under the following conditions:

a) Confirmation from the professor and the course regarding the completion of class assignments and full attendance during the semester.

b) Submission of hospitalization documents and hospital discharge.

c) In cases other than hospitalization, student attendance during examinations and confirmation by the university's approved physician is mandatory.

d) Upon completion of the above documents, the final decision rests with the university's Educational Council.
