Article 2 :

Successful candidates of the entrance exam are required to register and select their courses within the deadlines announced by the university. Failure to register for the first academic semester following the announcement of exam results will be considered as withdrawal from studies.

Article 3 :

Students are required to visit the education department for continuing their studies and course selection at the time announced by the university. Failure to register without valid notice and excuse within a semester will be deemed as withdrawal from studies. In case of delay or valid excuse, they will not have the right to select courses and continue their studies in that semester.

However, that semester will count towards their allowed study duration.

Note :

 Students must submit their valid excuse for not registering, with documented reasons, in writing to the university's education department in the first month following the beginning of each academic semester.

Prohibition of Concurrent Studies

Article 4 :

Students are not allowed to register and continue studies in more than one field, and in any field more than one specialization, in one or several universities at the same time. In case of violation, they will be prohibited from continuing studies in one of the chosen fields as determined by the commission for reviewing special cases at the Ministry, and their academic records will be declared invalid. In this case, the student is obliged to pay all costs associated with the deleted field according to the specified tariffs to the relevant university.

Note :

Outstanding students (exceptional talents) are exempt from this article.

The definition of outstanding students and the executive regulations of this note will be determined and announced by the council of managing exceptional talents in higher education.
