Article 2 :
Candidates who pass the entrance exam are required to register and select courses within the deadlines announced by the university. Failure to register in the first academic semester following the announcement of exam results will be considered as withdrawal from studies.

In case of violation, the student will be prohibited from continuing studies in one of the selected fields as determined by the Ministry's Special Cases Commission, and their academic records will be invalidated. In this case, the student is obliged to pay all related costs for the canceled field according to the specified tariffs to the relevant university.
