Objectives and Titles of Programs in the Educational Vice Presidency Objectives in the Educational Vice Presidency:
1- Enhance the status of education with high quality to increase the quality of graduates at all levels of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral studies as experts, researchers, and future managers of the country, which are essential components for the country's development and achieving a high scientific, economic, and welfare status.
2- Reduce the percentage of expelled students and graduates with low quality in order to increase efficiency, reduce wasted costs, and lessen frustration and its social and individual repercussions.
3- Create the necessary framework for basic, developmental, and applied research, considering that fulfilling the university's mission of making science applicable is contingent upon the development of basic research, which is fundamentally reliant on strong and appropriate education.
4- Develop diverse educational programs to cover a wider range of community segments and offer various sciences according to the needs of society.

In the section of quality improvement:
1- Reform and complete the methods of evaluating teaching quality through more precise processing of collected data.
2- Employ new mechanisms to assess quality at various educational levels.
3- Maintain and strengthen the culture of recognizing the importance and high value of the teaching profession among respected professors and in upholding the rights of the university, class, lesson, and students.
4- Conduct more stringent oversight of the organization of classes, teaching methods used, utilization of new references, and updating course content to uphold students' rights.
5- Implement laws related to the duties of academic staff, including the decisions of the university’s board of trustees.
6- Document the duties of supervising professors and adopt measures to ensure the proper performance of supervising tasks to maintain continuous oversight on students' educational processes and prevent their academic decline.
7- Promote the culture of student mentorship.
In the section of increasing educational efficiency:
1- Design a program for closer supervision over the educational process of students, particularly weaker students, to avoid their conditional status or increase in the number of conditional students.
2- Review the activities of the Office of Talented Students to make the office's programs more comprehensive in order to further motivate students towards scientific activities and achieve the dual concepts of rights and duties regarding gifted students.
3- Target graduate programs and especially master's and doctoral theses.
4- Improve the quality of classrooms and educational laboratories and modernize these laboratories
5- Make better and more extensive use of educational aids.
6- Invest in the establishment of new educational laboratories.
7- Enhance and increase the educational space.
8- Collaborate and cooperate with the Student and Cultural Affairs Office to create a healthier environment consistent with Islamic-Iranian culture in order to foster a more focused academic atmosphere for students to study more effectively.

1- Utilize the unused educational capacity of different faculties to offer short-term open courses that enable closer connections with industries without disrupting the normal flow of educational programs.
2- Create the necessary infrastructure for establishing e-learning courses and move towards realizing this education.
3- Support the establishment of new, interdisciplinary and inter-faculty programs in line with the community’s current needs.
4- Create joint programs between domestic universities and between universities and industry, especially in graduate programs.
In the section of establishing connections between education and research:
1- Strengthen the belief that actual, effective, and beneficial research is dependent on strong and up-to-date education.
2- Establish incentive mechanisms to employ the results of research activities in education and keep it updated.
3- Create mechanisms for the full-time engagement of faculty members to provide suitable opportunities for concurrent educational and research activities.
4- Collaborate and partner with the Research Office to eliminate barriers to industry interaction and facilitate the attraction of more projects to the university.
5- Collaborate and partner with the Research Office to evaluate the support provided for research activities at the university in terms of its impact on the overall progress of the university, gaining the trust of the industry, enhancing connections with the industry, and providing material and spiritual benefits to the university.
