Absence in Examinations

Unexcused absence from the exam of any course results in a score of zero for that exam, while an excused absence from the exam of any course leads to the removal of that course.

The decision on the legitimacy of absences from classes and exams falls under the authority of the university's academic council or its elected committee.

The absent student must submit the reason for their excused absence, along with supporting documents, to the relevant faculty’s education department no later than one week after the exams of that semester. If the reason for the absence is deemed excusable, actions will be taken to remove the course or courses. It is obvious that after the deadline has passed, the university will be unable to review the student's request, and a score of zero will be assigned for that course or courses.
