Withdrawal from Studies

Withdrawal from Studies

Article 35:
Withdrawal from studies without obtaining permission from the relevant faculty is considered a withdrawal from studies, and the student who has withdrawn does not have the right to continue their studies.

Note:
In exceptional cases, where the student deems their withdrawal justifiable, they must present their reasons to the university at least one month before the end of the same semester.
If the university approves the justification for the withdrawal, that semester will be considered as a study leave for the student.

Article 36:
A student who wishes to withdraw from their studies must personally submit their withdrawal request to the university’s education department. This student is allowed to withdraw their request only once within one month from the date of the application. After the expiration of this deadline, the withdrawal from studies will be officially issued, and thereafter the student does not have the right to continue studies in that program.

Note 1:
The student who has withdrawn from studies is obligated to fulfill all commitments made during their enrollment.

Note 2:
The re-enrollment of a student who has withdrawn from studies is subject to the student passing the national examination based on relevant regulations.
