Registration Conditions

Registration

Article 2:

Candidates who have passed the entrance exam must register and choose their courses within the deadlines announced by the university. Failure to register in the first semester following the announcement of exam results will be considered a withdrawal from study.

Article 3:

Students are required to visit the education department during each semester, at the time announced by the university, to continue their studies and select courses. However, that semester will still be counted towards their permitted study duration.

Clause:

Students must notify the education department in writing, with documented reasons, of any justified excuse for not registering, within the first month after the commencement of each semester.

Prohibition of simultaneous studies:

Article 4:

A student may not register and continue their studies in more than one major and in more than one field of study at one or several universities at the same time. In case of violation, they will be prohibited from continuing their studies in one of the chosen fields, at the discretion of the special cases review commission of the Ministry, and their academic records will be declared void. In this case, the student is obliged to pay all related costs for the eliminated major according to the determined tariffs to the relevant university.

Clause:

Outstanding students (brilliant talents) are exempt from this article.

The definition of outstanding students and the executive regulations of this clause will be determined and communicated by the High Education Excellence Talent Guidance Council.
