Exceptional Talents Council

Goals of Forming the Distinguished Talents Council of Qom University of Technology:

In line with guiding and directing exceptional students as well as approving related regulations, the Distinguished Talents Council of Qom University of Technology has been established.

Membership Composition:

The university president (chair of the council)
Deputy for Academic Affairs
Director General of Research
Vice President for Student Affairs and Culture
Representative of the Office of the Supreme Leader at the university
Deans of faculties
Two members from the university faculty, preferably junior faculty who themselves are exceptional graduates. These individuals will be appointed upon the recommendation of the Deputy for Academic Affairs and through an order from the university presidency.
Director of the Distinguished Talents Office (Secretary of the council)

Note 1:  This council becomes formal in the presence of the chair and a favorable vote of a majority plus one is required for the implementation of any decision.

Note 2: Instead of the dean of the faculty, the faculty's Deputy for Academic Affairs may be appointed as a council member at the discretion of the chair.

Note 3: As needed, upon the recommendation of the council's secretary, other relevant individuals from inside or outside the university may be invited to attend meetings.
