Introduction of the Office of Exceptional Talents

To identify, guide, and nurture exceptional talent students, which is one of the strategic goals of the Islamic Republic, the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution approved the general outline of the plan for the flourishing and attraction of exceptional talents in 1996. Accordingly, to achieve the goal of nurturing exceptional talents, a council named the "Council for Guiding Exceptional Talents" was formed within the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology. In line with the goals of the Council for Guiding Exceptional Talents, the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology officially began the activities of this office at Qom University of Technology in 2013.
