According to the public relations office of the university: The student dormitories of Shahid Hajji, Azadegan, and Farhang are ready to welcome students of Qom University of Technology for the new academic year.
Following the planning conducted, all dormitories were equipped and renovated during the summer holidays. Activities included painting the walls, replacing carpets, separating the study lounge from the television room, establishing a sports hall, setting up a counseling and health room, expanding the wireless network with the installation of advanced antennas, and increasing internet bandwidth—all aimed at enhancing the well-being of students at the start of the new academic year.
Additionally, to increase the capacity of the student dormitories, the Azadegan dormitory located at Azadegan Square has been added to the Qom University of Technology dormitory complex. This dormitory has five floors and 121 rooms, ready to accommodate 150 female students from Qom University of Technology.
It is noteworthy that currently, the capacity of the dormitories for male and female students at Qom University of Technology is 250 and 376, respectively. With the addition of the Azadegan dormitory, the overall capacity of the university has seen a 30% increase compared to last year.
