Dormitory Management

Student Dormitory

The Qom University of Technology does not have its own dormitory; therefore, for the convenience of dear students, it has rented the dormitory of Mofid University through a contract, providing it to students at the minimum price. It is worth mentioning that the dormitories of Mofid University possess the quality of a standard dormitory.

The registration process and the relevant timeline for obtaining a dormitory will be announced by the Dormitory Administration before the start of each academic semester. Given the limited dormitory capacity, priority will be given to those who register and pay the required fees within the stipulated time. A portion of the dormitory costs is the responsibility of the student, while the university covers the remaining portion, and the tuition fee will vary according to the rate announced by Mofid University each academic semester.

Considering the distance from the dormitory to the university (20 kilometers), continuous transportation services are provided at various times coordinated with the academic schedule of the university for the convenience of student commuting.

The distribution of meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—will also take place in the dormitory. Students can receive their meals by visiting the distribution officer at designated times and with prior reservations.

Students are required to adhere to the laws and regulations enacted by Mofid University and Qom University of Technology. For female students, wearing a chador when entering or exiting the dormitory is mandatory.

The management and supervision of the dormitory are handled by the staff of Mofid University, and in case of problems, students can refer to the Dormitory Affairs Office and the relevant experts, Ms. Bahrami (female students' department) and Mr. Darabi (male students' department) at the university.
