Dormitory Registration Process in the ERP system
1- Select the Dormitory Affairs option in the portal
2- Submit the dormitory membership request
3- Complete all pages of the dormitory membership application forms accurately and thoroughly, then send them to the dormitory affairs expert
4- Electronic payment of dormitory fees via the student portal (Dormitory fee electronic payment section)
5- Choose a room from the categorization option
6- Visit the dormitory affairs expert to receive the dormitory card (bring one photo)
7- Room handover to the student
