- Dr. Seyed Mohammad Ali Al Omrani Nejad, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Chair of the Human Resources Executive Board
- Ms. Nafiseh Soohanian, Head of Administrative Affairs and Support Management and Secretary of the Human Resources Executive Board
- Mr. Seyed Mohammad Ali Sobhani, Representative of the Permanent Commission of the Board of Trustees in the Human Resources Executive Board
- Mr. Abbas Dalir, Project and Program Manager and Member of the Human Resources Executive Board
- Dr. Mohammad Ali Pour Mohammadi Mahoonaki, Security Manager and Member of the Human Resources Executive Board

 Main Responsibilities:
  • Examine and determine the positions for research, educational, and study purposes and establish parity rankings for employees.
  • Change, amend, and create positions from the removal of organizational posts based on proposals from the Planning and Program Office within the approved posts.
  • Review and provide opinions on executive strategies and recognize outstanding services of employees based on their specific merits for submission and approval by the university's Board of Trustees Permanent Commission.
  • Review and make decisions regarding training programs and organizing in-service training courses (short-term) considering the job qualifications and oversee their implementation.
  • Examine and approve training certificates and in-service training related to the employee education system and issue related certificates signed by the Director of the Planning and Program Office and the President of the University.
  • Review, provide opinions, and make decisions regarding the duties described in the career advancement plan.
  • Review and make decisions related to the difficulties in the work environment for employees and determine the implementation date of such decisions.
  • Determine the number and eligibility conditions for hiring the required human resources outside the employment quota in the form of temporary (fixed-term) contracts within the approved organizational posts awaiting assignment for proposal to the university's Board of Trustees.
  • Examine and issue permits for converting employees' status from contract to probationary and permanent official.
