    The Vice Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs of the university is responsible for planning and policymaking concerning the administrative, financial, and human resource management system of the university within the framework of laws, regulations, and resolutions. By implementing laws and overseeing the guidelines for financial, administrative, human resources, and ensuring the necessary supplies and equipment, it provides the necessary grounds for achieving the sacred objectives of the university and higher education.

Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Organizing, planning, and controlling administrative, executive, and support affairs of the university.
  • Organizing and financial planning based on increasing productivity and revenue generation, relying on the scientific and specialized capabilities of the university.
  • Acquiring diverse and sustainable financial resources to expand the university’s financial independence.
  • Organizing, managing, and ensuring an efficient, competent, and qualified human resources structure that adheres to human values and professional ethics.
  • Conducting and reviewing the university's legal matters.
  • Overseeing the affairs of buildings and implementing the university's construction projects, as well as studying and reviewing new construction plans.
  • Creating and developing the physical spaces of the university.
  • Policy-making, supporting, and supplying the necessary hardware and software requirements of the university.
  • Outsourcing transferable activities within the university and overseeing contract signing and their proper execution.
  • Implementing accrual accounting instead of cash accounting.
  • Utilizing, controlling, and overseeing the centralized purchasing system.
  • Providing, maintaining, and upgrading the university's infrastructure facilities.
  • Organizing, supervising, and improving traffic and transportation conditions on campus.
  • Creating, developing, and maintaining the university's green spaces and improving environmental issues.
  • Managing and optimizing energy consumption (water, electricity, gas) on campus.
  • Studying and reviewing the design of a comprehensive urban model for the university.
  • Interacting with governmental and private organizations to expand collaboration areas.
