Responsibilities and Authority
  • Execution of all financial affairs of the university according to regulations
  • Receiving and collecting the university's public and dedicated revenues
  • Preparing and organizing necessary financial information for various receipts, payments, credits, and commitments, maintaining credit ledgers, and preparing necessary reports for relevant authorities
  • Reviewing documents and employee compensation systems for compliance with regulations
  • Assisting in the preparation and compilation of the university's operational and developmental budget
  • Supervising the maintenance and organization of financial documents
  • Monitoring the proper use of credits through pre- and post-implementation reviews
  • Exercising oversight in the preservation and organization of property registers and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to the management of state property and their usage
  • Preparing and organizing financial performance reports and providing necessary reports to relevant authorities
  • Coordinating the work plan of subordinate units and controlling and supervising their activities
  • Monitoring the proper implementation of activities by subordinate staff
  • Controlling and supervising the financial affairs of students regarding tuition payments, deposits, and dormitory accommodations
  • Performing other assigned duties from higher authorities
