Execution of all financial affairs of the university according to regulations
Receiving and collecting the university's public and dedicated revenues
Preparing and organizing necessary financial information for various receipts, payments, credits, and commitments, maintaining credit ledgers, and preparing necessary reports for relevant authorities
Reviewing documents and employee compensation systems for compliance with regulations
Assisting in the preparation and compilation of the university's operational and developmental budget
Supervising the maintenance and organization of financial documents
Monitoring the proper use of credits through pre- and post-implementation reviews
Exercising oversight in the preservation and organization of property registers and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to the management of state property and their usage
Preparing and organizing financial performance reports and providing necessary reports to relevant authorities
Coordinating the work plan of subordinate units and controlling and supervising their activities
Monitoring the proper implementation of activities by subordinate staff
Controlling and supervising the financial affairs of students regarding tuition payments, deposits, and dormitory accommodations
Performing other assigned duties from higher authorities
