Human Resources and Welfare Office:
This office is responsible for all administrative and employment matters of university staff and faculty members, as well as providing some welfare services to them throughout their service period. Given that in modern management, human resources hold a special position, the activities in this area can play an important role in increasing employee efficiency and motivation. 
 
Responsibilities and Authorities
  • Implementation of administrative and employment laws and regulations, as well as decisions made by the university's board of trustees
  • Handling employment matters for faculty members and non-faculty staff
  • Issuing personnel decisions such as salaries and benefits, promotions, appointments, separations, dismissals, etc.
  • Organizing in-service training courses for non-faculty staff
  • Managing retirement affairs for faculty members and non-faculty staff in a timely manner
  • Preparing statistics and information about the workforce
  • Continuous periodic evaluation of the performance of non-faculty staff and enforcing regulations based on that evaluation
  • Participating in policy-making and decision-making regarding the university's human resources
  • Continuously updating information in the online human resources systems
  • Implementing and monitoring the career advancement plan for specialists
  • Providing welfare services to staff, retirees, and beneficiaries, including matters related to banking facilities, contracting with commercial centers for installment purchases 
  • Insurance services (including supplementary insurance for employees, employee and student accident insurance, life insurance, civil liability insurance for employees and students, camp insurance, fire insurance, etc.)
  • Monitoring and supervising the attendance and absence of non-faculty staff (recording missions, daily and hourly leaves, entitled leaves, and sick leaves)
  • Creating an attendance dashboard for newly hired staff
  • Generating attendance reports to assess overtime and remaining leave for employees
