The Administrative and Support Services Management is responsible for the execution and follow-up of university support activities, including public services, welfare services, recruitment, transportation, landscaping, optimizing and developing physical spaces based on overarching documents, maintaining and operating buildings and facilities, etc. This management plans, coordinates, and directs a wide range of services to enable the university to achieve its defined objectives, therefore it holds significant importance. 
In line with these responsibilities, it has continually strived to create a foundation for the better realization of the university's mission, placing the planning for balanced development and implementation of a resistant economy among its priorities. This can only be achieved by continuously monitoring the performance of the sector’s units, assessing their strengths and weaknesses, and utilizing that information to forecast future activities.
 
Among the most important duties of Administrative and Support Services Management are:
  • Monitoring and supervising the performance of subsidiary units, including the Central Secretariat, Transportation and Services Department, Buildings and Facilities Department, Accounting, Welfare Headquarters, Faculty Housing, Welfare Centers, Comprehensive Purchasing System, Central Organization Computer Unit, Monitoring and Supervision Unit, and Management and Planning Expertise Unit, and creating coordination among their activities.
  • Active participation in councils, committees, and working groups related to the activities of this management.
  • Signing welfare contracts, insurance contracts (fire, life and accident, civil responsibility of the employer towards employees), establishing automobile insurance (comprehensive, third-party), services-cleaning, construction and facility contracts, transportation, landscaping, etc., and overseeing the proper execution of these contracts.
  • Mechanizing management processes to facilitate service delivery.
  • Meeting the support and service needs of the university.
  • Conducting and tracking all matters related to the university's construction and infrastructure activities.
  • Following up on all automation-related matters.
  • Matters relating to the secretariat - registering and sending all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Automation of the secretariat: Government Network, ERP (Administrative Automation of the Ministry of Science), FilerPro.
  • Archiving correspondence in the secretariat.
  • Recording transcripts and educational certificates of students.
  • Communication with the contracted postal office and overseeing the proper handling of postal matters, receiving tracking numbers, and tracking postal correspondence.
  • Receiving letters from various university units and scanning directives of the letters and forwarding them to the relevant authorities, separating and recording them in the indicator office, and sending letters to the relevant units.
  • Tracking correspondence records and forwarding them to requested units as needed.
  • Following up on all automation-related matters
