Head of Administrative and Support Affairs Management


The Administrative and Support Management is responsible for executing and monitoring the university's support affairs, including public services, welfare services, recruitment, transportation, green spaces, optimizing and developing physical spaces based on comprehensive documents, maintaining and operating buildings and facilities, etc. This management plans, coordinates, and directs a wide range of services so that the university can operate in pursuit of its defined goals; therefore, it holds significant importance. 
In line with the duties mentioned, it has consistently endeavored to create a foundation for achieving the university's mission optimally, by planning for balanced development and implementing a resilient economy, which can only be accomplished through continuous monitoring of the performance of the related units and assessing their weaknesses and strengths and utilizing that for anticipating future activities.
Among the most important responsibilities of the Administrative and Support Management, the following can be mentioned:
  • Controlling and monitoring the performance of the subordinate units, including the central secretariat, transportation and services department, building and facilities management, accounting, welfare headquarters, professors' dormitory, welfare centers, comprehensive purchasing system, IT unit of the central organization, monitoring and supervision unit, and management and planning expertise unit, and creating coordination between their activities.
  • Actively participating in councils, committees, and working groups related to the activities of this management.
  • Signing welfare and insurance contracts (fire, life, and accidents, employer's civil liability towards employees, establishing vehicle insurance (bulk, third party), service-cleaning, construction and facilities, transportation, green spaces, etc.) and supervising the proper implementation of these contracts.
  • Mechanizing management processes to facilitate service delivery.
  • Meeting the support and service needs of the university.
  • Carrying out and following up on all matters related to the university's civil and infrastructure activities.
  • Tracking all matters related to automation.
  • Secretariat tasks - registering and sending all incoming and outgoing letters.
  • Automation in the secretariat: Government network, ERP (administrative automation of the Ministry of Science), FileRPro.
  • Archiving letters in the secretariat.
  • Recording and certifying academic transcripts and qualifications of students.
  • Communicating with the contracted postal office and supervising the proper conduct of postal affairs, obtaining tracking numbers, and tracking postal letters.
  • Receiving letters from various university units and scanning the orders of letters and referring them to the respective authorities, classification and registration in the indicator ledger, and sending letters to relevant units.
  • Following up on the history of letters and sending them to the requested units as appropriate.
  • Following up on all matters related to automation.
