Duties and Authorities
  • Carrying out all financial affairs of the university according to regulations
  • Collecting and receiving university's public and specific revenues
  • Preparing and organizing necessary financial information regarding various receipts, payments, credits and obligations, maintaining credit ledgers, and preparing required reports for relevant authorities
  • Reviewing documents and employee compensation systems for compliance with regulations
  • Assisting in the preparation and formulation of the university's current and development budget
  • Overseeing the maintenance and organization of financial documents
  • Monitoring the correct use of credits through pre and post audits
  • Exercising oversight in the preservation and maintenance and organization of property books and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations concerning government property guidelines and their usage
  • Preparing and organizing financial performance reports and providing necessary reports to relevant authorities
  • Organizing the work plans of affiliated units and controlling and supervising their operations
  • Overseeing the effective execution of activities by subordinate staff
  • Controlling and supervising the financial matters of students, including tuition payments, deposits, and housing
  • Carrying out other assigned tasks from the superior authority
