Carrying out all financial affairs of the university according to regulations
Collecting and receiving university's public and specific revenues
Preparing and organizing necessary financial information regarding various receipts, payments, credits and obligations, maintaining credit ledgers, and preparing required reports for relevant authorities
Reviewing documents and employee compensation systems for compliance with regulations
Assisting in the preparation and formulation of the university's current and development budget
Overseeing the maintenance and organization of financial documents
Monitoring the correct use of credits through pre and post audits
Exercising oversight in the preservation and maintenance and organization of property books and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations concerning government property guidelines and their usage
Preparing and organizing financial performance reports and providing necessary reports to relevant authorities
Organizing the work plans of affiliated units and controlling and supervising their operations
Overseeing the effective execution of activities by subordinate staff
Controlling and supervising the financial matters of students, including tuition payments, deposits, and housing
Carrying out other assigned tasks from the superior authority
