Some students may not be very familiar with this department of the university.Please provide the necessary explanations.

Many students do not have information about the legitimacy of this department, but usually, when they visit the presidential office to resolve their issues and problems, they are referred to this department. Their issues and problems are addressed and followed up on as soon as possible, both in writing and verbally. Given the importance of this department, in order to handle and follow up on students' problems more effectively, they can communicate in writing with this section and share their problems, suggestions, and criticisms with me.

What issues can students refer to this department about?

Issues that have not been resolved through initial follow-ups by students in various parts of the university can be referred to the complaints handling department. It is also worth mentioning that, in order to better analyze the problems and demands of students, a task force will soon be established in this department, consisting of students and relevant authorities. This collaboration and the suggestions raised in these meetings will surely lead to favorable outcomes in solving problems.
