**Terms and Conditions of Housing Purchase or Construction Loan Facilities for Respected Faculty Members of Universities:**

1- Submitting the applicant's loan request to the Vice Presidency for Administrative and Financial Affairs

2- Issuing a letter of introduction to the Welfare Headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

3- Introduction of the applicant to the bank by the Welfare Headquarters of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology

4- Referral of the faculty member to the bank and submission of the required documents
