Process Customers: Faculty members applying for status conversion to definitive official (tenured) status

Brief Description of the Process:

1- Receipt of the faculty member's status conversion file by the Recruitment Secretariat.
2- Review of the applicant's file by the Recruitment Office and notification of file deficiencies to the applicant.
3- Applicant requests issuance of a file delivery receipt in the ERP system and confirmation by the Recruitment Office.
4- Submission of additional documents by the applicant and completion of the file.
5- Applicant requests issuance of a file completion receipt in the ERP system and confirmation by the Recruitment Office.
6- Applicant submits a status conversion request in the Mehr Reza system.
7- Confirmation of the applicant's file by the Recruitment Secretariat in the Mehr Reza system.
8- Systematic referral of the applicant's request to the Provincial Investigation Office and other competent authorities in the system for simultaneous inquiry and investigation.
9- Receipt of the applicant's request from the Reza Recruitment System by the Protection Unit.
10- Drafting a letter to the Head of the University Recruitment Center confirming the applicant's qualification.
11- Uploading the letter sent to the Head of the University Recruitment Center in the Reza system.
12- Inquiry from the University Monitoring and Evaluation Unit regarding the attainment of the minimum score related to discipline and teaching quality.
13- Sending the file to the relevant faculty for review and formation of a selected committee.
14- Invitation of three faculty members with a rank higher than the applicant and specialists (proposed referees by the faculty) and holding a selected committee meeting.
15- Referring the applicant's file to the Vice Presidency for Student and Cultural Affairs to hold a cultural commission.
16- Completion of Article One (Cultural) worksheets by the Vice Presidency for Student and Cultural Affairs.
17- Sending the applicant's file, after approval by the selected committee, to the University of Qom for review in the specialized commission.
18- Issuance of approval by the specialized commission if conditions are met.
19- Receipt of inquiry responses in the system and general qualification interview.
20- Review of the applicant's file in the Recruitment Executive Board meeting.
21- Uploading all applicant worksheets in the system by the Recruitment Secretariat.
22- Sending the electronic file to the Recruitment Center of the Ministry of Science.
23- Issuance of approval by the Recruitment Center.
24- Sending the result to the University Personnel Affairs for administrative procedures.
25- Receipt of relevant documents from the applicant faculty member by Personnel Affairs.
26- Issuance of the personnel decree based on the received documents.
27- Sending to the President or Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs to sign the decree.
28- Referring the decree to the Financial Affairs Management for salary payment (Payroll System).
29- Referring the employment status change letter to the Head of the Protection Unit.
30- Referring the letter by the Head of the Protection Unit to the Protection Expert.
31- Completion of the new ID card request form by the faculty member.
32- Issuance of a new ID card by the Head of the Protection Unit.
33- End of the process.
