Brief Description of the Process:

The process of changing the status of an academic staff member to probationary official:

1-      Receiving the status change file of the academic staff member by the recruitment secretariat.

2-      Reviewing the applicant's file by the recruitment office and notifying the applicant of any deficiencies in the file.

3-      Requesting a receipt for the submission of the file by the applicant in the erp system and confirming it by the recruitment office.

4-      Submitting additional documents by the applicant and completing the file.

5-      Requesting a receipt for the completed file by the applicant in the erp system and confirming it by the recruitment office.

6-      Requesting the change of status of the applicant in the Maher Razavi system.

7-      Confirmation of the applicant's file by the recruitment secretariat in the Maher Razavi system.

8-      Systematic referral of the applicant's request to the provincial research office and other relevant authorities simultaneously for verification and investigation.

9-      Receiving the applicant's request from the Razavi recruitment system by the security office.

10-  Preparing a letter to the President of the University Recruitment Center indicating the applicant's qualifications.

11-  Uploading the sent letter to the President of the University Recruitment Center in the Razavi system.

12-  Inquiry from the university monitoring and evaluation unit regarding achieving the minimum score related to discipline, order, and teaching quality.

13-  Sending the file to the relevant faculty for review and the establishment of a scientific ability working group.

14-  Inviting two specialist academic staff members with a minimum rank of Associate Professor (proposed judges from the faculty) and holding a scientific ability working group.

15-  Referring the applicant's file to the Student and Cultural Affairs Assistance for holding a cultural commission.

16-   Completing the form for Article One (Cultural) by the Student and Cultural Affairs Assistance.

17-  Confirmation of the applicant's file in the scientific ability working group regarding acquiring minimum scores.

18-  Receiving responses to inquiries in the system and conducting a public qualification interview.

19-  Reviewing the applicant's file in the recruitment executive committee meeting.

20-  Uploading all applicant forms in the recruitment secretariat system.

21-  Sending the electronic file to the Ministry of Science Recruitment Center.

22-  Issuing a confirmation by the Recruitment Center.

23-  Sending the result to the university employment office for administrative procedures.

24-  Issuing the employment order based on the received documents.

25-  Sending to the head or deputy of administrative and financial affairs for signing the order.

26-  Referring the order to the financial affairs management for salary payment (salary and wage system).

27-  Referring the employment status change letter to the head of security office.

28-  Referring the letter by the head of security to the security officer.

29-  Completing the application form for issuing a new ID card by the academic staff member.

30-  Issuing the new ID card by the security office.

31-  Completion of the process.
