Issuing gift cards for purchases at the 32nd Tehran International Book Fair.

 According to the Public Relations of the university: The Cultural Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, in line with the policies to promote books and reading and to support the country's publishing,  provides a special subsidized book purchase card each year during the Tehran International Book Fair for students, seminary students, professors, and members of the academic faculty of universities. This card will again be available during the 32nd Tehran International Book Fair with the following conditions:
Student Card is exclusively for students of universities and higher education institutions and seminaries.
 Registration Period: From Farvardin 20 to the end of Saturday, Farvardin 24, 1398through the registration system for the student purchase card at bon.tibf.ir  is required.
It is worth noting that registration can be done through three methods.
- Registration with a smart national ID card (for individuals who have received a smart national ID card)
- Registration via NFC (virtual card) for individuals who do not have a smart national ID card, requiring a mobile phone with an Android system and the installation of the "Shahr" mobile app.
- Registration for a physical purchase card: In this method, the purchase card is provided to applicants through Shahr Bank and ShahrNet kiosks.
Important Notes for Students Choosing a Purchase Card via Smart National ID
Applicants must have a smart national ID card.
 The accuracy of the mobile phone number registered on the registration site is mandatory for sending the verification code.
Transactions can only be done through the smart national ID card; therefore, having it when visiting the fair location is mandatory.
 To perform a transaction, place the smart national ID card in the designated area on card readers and complete the transaction process after entering the code.
Important Notes for Students Choosing a Purchase Card via NFC Technology
The mobile phone must be equipped with NFC technology. 
 The operating system version of the mobile phone must be Android version 4.4 or higher.
  The Shahr Bank mobile app must be installed on the mobile phone.
  The NFC feature of the mobile phone and the Shahr Bank app must be activated.
The accuracy of the mobile number registered on the registration site is mandatory for sending the verification code.
 Transactions can only be performed via a mobile phone, thus it is mandatory to carry the phone while visiting the fair.
To perform a transaction via NFC technology, the mobile phone must have the Shahr app installed, and the applicant's card must be added. Bring it close to the card readers located at stores, then wait for the verification code request to complete the process.
Important Notes for Students Choosing the Physical Card Issuance Method
The issued purchase cards will only be delivered to the applicant after identity verification and matching the applicant's documents to ensure their accuracy with the information registered during registration. Therefore, individuals other than the main applicant should refrain from attending during card retrieval.
Bring original identity documents; the card can be obtained in two ways:
 Visit Shahr Bank branches and counters
 Use the kiosks located in branches of ShahrNet Bank throughout the country.
Important Note: Applicants for smart national ID and NFC technology can proceed to obtain a physical card by visiting Shahr Bank branches if necessary. In this case, the use of the smart national ID card or NFC technology will not be available after issuing the physical card.

Attention: Applicants must personally visit the branch they selected during registration or ShahrNet counters across the country after registration and identity confirmation to pay the contribution and receive the purchase card.
Attention: Each person can apply for a purchase card only once.
Attention: The purchase card is only given to the applicant personally, and individuals who choose the virtual card method do not need to visit the bank branch.
Required Documents: When receiving the purchase card, presenting a valid student or seminary identification card, a national ID card or new birth certificate, and the registration tracking number in the system is necessary. Other documents such as old birth certificates or driving licenses are not accepted.
Each applicant is allowed to receive one electronic subsidized book card.
Available Amount in Student Purchase Cards is 1,500,000 Rials, of which 600,000  Rials is provided as a book subsidy by the Cultural Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, with 900,000 Rials also contributed by the cardholder.
Available Amount for Purchase Cards for Professors, Faculty Members, and Seminary Teachers: The balance on these cards is 4,000,000 Rials, with 2,000,000 Rials as a book subsidy from the Cultural Affairs Department of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance and another 2,000,000 Rials paid online by the cardholder.
Card Validity Period: They are valid only during the fair and can be used through card readers inside the publishers' booths. 
Valid Mobile Number: Each applicant can only register one valid mobile number in the system during registration, especially since the purchase card details will be sent via SMS. The applicant is responsible for any errors in entering the mobile number and the resulting damages.
Valid Email: The email used must be valid and entered correctly in the system, as it cannot be edited or changed and is required for logging into the system and recovering lost passwords or other information. The consequences of entering an incorrect email fall upon the applicant.
Password RecoveryIf you have forgotten your password, you can recover it from the password recovery section. When checking your email, if you do not receive the desired link, please check your spam folder.
Registration Issues: An applicant can only register in the system if their national ID number, student ID, or seminary ID exists in the registration system. A list of all applicants along with their national and student ID numbers has been obtained from the Research and Planning Center of Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and entered into the system. If a student's or seminary student's or faculty member's information is not available in the system, they cannot register. These applicants can approach the student affairs department of their respective universities to have their names sent to the Research and Planning Center of Higher Education to resolve their issue.
