According to the Public Relations Department of Qom University of Technology, in order to facilitate and accelerate administrative processes, reduce correspondence and eliminate paper forms, the Security Department of Qom University of Technology launched and electronicized a set of application forms in the ERP system.
🔸By implementing this plan, the process of registering, sending, reviewing, approving and following up on applications will be carried out in a completely systematic manner, and while reducing paper consumption, it will increase the speed of doing business, transparency of processes, easy access and the possibility of better following up on applications.
📌The launched forms include the following:
1. Room door lock replacement form
2. Parking use form (for PhD students)
3. Student overnight accommodation form at the university
4. Employee movement form on holidays
5. Contractor entry and exit form
6. Student Travel Form on Holidays
In order to register and track their requests, applicants can access the relevant forms electronically and register their requests through the ERP system by referring to the "Request Forms" section.
