According to the Qom University of Technology Public Relations report, in line with the implementation of smart government policies and the development of electronic services, the Qom University of Technology Virtual Secretariat was launched with the efforts and follow-ups of the university's Information Technology, Security and Smartization Unit and will now provide its services online to its clients.
This system has been designed and put into operation with the aim of improving the quality of administrative services, eliminating unnecessary referrals, reducing paper consumption, increasing transparency, accelerating administrative correspondence processes, and providing easy and integrated access to university services.
According to this report, clients can log into the system through the national window of smart government services (My Government) and after authentication, without the need to visit in person, register their requests, correspondence, suggestions, complaints, violation reports, and other administrative matters electronically and send them to various university units.
One of the most important features of the Qom University of Technology Virtual Secretariat is the ability to track requests online from the time of registration to the announcement of the final result. Users can view and track the status of requests, actions taken, and responses provided in real time through their dedicated dashboard at all stages of the process.
The launch of this system is part of Qom University of Technology's programs to develop information technology infrastructure, realize a smart university, and provide new electronic services to stakeholders. With its implementation, a significant portion of administrative processes will be carried out offline and electronically.
All applicants are requested to register, send, and track their requests through the virtual secretariat of Qom University of Technology from now on and benefit from the offline services of this system.
