Implementation of a research project to analyze the cost price and increase the productivity of the shoe industry at Qom University of Technology

 According to the public relations of the university: In the year of production prosperity, the professors of Qom University of Technology will contribute to increasing production through the implementation of research projects. In this regard, a research project to analyze production costs and improve efficiency in the shoe industry has been assigned to the professors of Qom University of Technology by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (صمت).

 In this context, the relevant professors and a group of student industry partners from Qom University of Technology visited the Ay Soda shoe factory.

  It is noteworthy that during several meetings, the production line of this factory was examined, and its weaknesses were identified. Additionally, necessary planning to address these weaknesses, reduce production costs, and increase efficiency has been incorporated into the agenda of this research project.
