In the name of God
On August 17, we commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the ever-immortal martyr Mahmoud Sarami, our valiant and honorable journalist who sacrificed his life in Mazar-e-Sharif, Afghanistan at the hands of the Taliban.
Journalists are thinkers who always engage in a struggle for explanation by appropriately and timely putting words together while providing information. They convey the remarkable achievements of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the enemies and cultivate the seeds of hope in the hearts of our dear fellow citizens. Additionally, through their constructive criticisms, they assist officials in advancing our beloved Iran.
I feel it is my duty to express my gratitude and appreciation on behalf of the academic community of Qom Industrial University for the tireless efforts of the dedicated journalists, especially those active in the fields of science and technology.
