According to the public relations office of the university, Dr. Amirabadi, the representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, stated during his visit to Qom University of Technology that this university must, with the support of officials, become a leading university in the country.Dr. Amirabadi emphasized during his tour of the educational, research, and sports facilities of the university that Qom University of Technology is among the top universities in the country and must provide a suitable environment for students and professors with the support of ministerial and provincial officials.Dr. Rezai Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, said: "Qom University of Technology is a productive university. Achieving second and ninth ranks in the employment of graduates in bachelor's and master's programs respectively confirms the proper execution of this university's missions." He added: "Thanks to the Almighty God, Qom University of Technology has transformed from a national university into an international one through remarkable scientific and research activities."Dr. Rezai Nour noted: "Moreover, according to evaluations conducted by the Research Deputy of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology regarding the relationship between the country’s universities and industries, Qom University of Technology ranked tenth among universities in the index of conducting skill enhancement courses, having successfully held 143 effective courses. Last year, Qom University of Technology achieved the thirteenth rank in this index, which has been improved by greater activity from scientific associations."The president of Qom University of Technology highlighted: "In the index of the amount of funding for graduate theses, it has achieved the ninth rank nationally. In the index of the number of contracts related to community and industry, Qom University of Technology secured the fifteenth national rank by signing four significant research contracts. Additionally, obtaining the license to enroll PhD students in industrial and mechanical engineering is among the other successes of this university."Hojjatoleslam Valmosh Mohammad Dr. Ghorbani Mobin, the representative of the Supreme Leader at the university, stated: "Given the status of the holy city of Qom, all cultural activities at this university are planned based on a continuous improvement management model. The establishment of the 'Al-Ma'soumeh Al-Karimah' tent by Qom University of Technology in Karbala during the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Imam Hussain (PBUH) has significantly strengthened the beliefs and convictions of the students and has been well received by them."During this visit, Dr. Amirabadi held a meeting with the university officials, students, and representatives of student organizations to become aware of their concerns and demands.
