Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Zolnoor, during his visit to Qom University of Technology and a speech on the occasion of the liberation of Khorramshahr, stated: At the time of the victory of the revolution, the whole world revolved around two axes, capitalism and imperialism, centered on the United States of America and the superpowers of the East and West, centered around the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, which were communist and socialist. The Islamic Revolution of Iran showed what an independent life for a country looks like.
He added: At that time, the enemies of the revolution conspired to bring this revolution to collapse with the onset of the eight-year imposed war. They had two goals in mind: one was the downfall of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic, which Saddam had stated multiple times in interviews that he would respond to Iran one week later in Tehran, and the other was to disintegrate the country.
Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Zolnoor, regarding the disintegration of the country during the imposed war, said: With the presence of Pan-Turkists and Arab nationalists, the enemy considered the disintegration of Iran inevitable and certain. From Khuzestan to Sistan, Turkman Shahra, Amol, which was known for several years as the city of a thousand trenches, were cities earmarked for disintegration on Saddam's maps. The enemy had even chosen Arabic names for the cities of Mahshahr, Dehloran, Mousian, and Khorramshahr.
He referred to the period of Banisadr in the year 1360 and said: During that period, we had two strategies for the war and the liberation of Khorramshahr. One was Banisadr's strategy, which believed that territory should be given up and safety bought, and the other was Imam's strategy, which asserted that we must sacrifice our lives and wealth for the freedom of Khorramshahr. If you study history, you'll find that Iran's essential operations began after Banisadr's period, with the Operation Thamen al-Aimah, which was quoted by Imam Khomeini as the opening of openings.
The representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Consultative Assembly said: During the war, people's faith, belief, and adherence to the Velayat were the keys to victory, but today, in the economic war, we have not yet armed ourselves with the necessary tools.
The economic war requires determination, adherence to the Velayat, and resistance against political and cultural influence. We need officials like martyr Zeyn al-Din, not children of the elite who are pleased with this war because their interests are in this conflict.
He added: If we compare today with the war period, the logistical personnel hide the money in their pockets so that the soldiers, who are the people, starve to death. My words are not aimed at a specific political faction. Corruption must be confronted and fought.
Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Zolnoor said: The leader states that we can solve all the problems of the country ourselves. For instance, if knowledge-based companies are supported and youth are trusted, we do not need foreign countries. Of course, some officials want to promote a spirit of despair and hopelessness in society and maintain the country's dependency on foreigners. According to the statement of the esteemed Supreme Leader, we must engage in production ourselves.
He noted positive developments at Qom University of Technology, including the university's construction projects, saying: Dr. Rezaei Noor’s management is of a jihadist style that our country needs. Considering that this university is a technical one and requires various costly equipment, laboratories, and workshops, I will fully support this growing university.
