First, necessary planning for cultural activities is conducted by holding regular cultural council meetings. Then, through interaction between different sections of the university with political and cultural organizations, the planned activities are put into action. After the implementation of the programs, the quality of execution is assessed in the cultural council meetings. Subsequently, necessary corrective measures are taken in the planning and execution of current and future cultural initiatives.The President of Qom University of Technology noted that one of the highly notable characteristics of the university is the exceptional interaction among various units and the warm relationship between professors, staff, and students, which significantly enhances the effectiveness of program execution, particularly cultural programs.Dr. Rezai Noor stated that the cultural programs of Qom University of Technology, especially in the area of modesty and hijab, include open discussion forums, conferences and meetings, exhibitions, and student wedding celebrations, along with innovative programs. This program involves a coordinated effort between the security units, the office of the representative of the Supreme Leader, the cultural management, and the university counseling center, which encourages students to adhere to modesty and hijab through friendly interactions.He added: Another innovative program of Qom University of Technology is the establishment of the Al-Masoumeh Al-Karimah tent, which, through the unity and cooperation of officials and students, was held at the holy shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (SA) in its first year, then in the courtyard of the university in subsequent years, and later in Karbala. The establishment of these tents has had a significant impact on strengthening the religious beliefs of the youth, particularly regarding modesty and hijab among dear students.Dr. Rezai Noor emphasized that the holding of mourning ceremonies for unknown martyrs at the university, blessing classrooms with the flag of the holy shrine of Hazrat Karimeh (SA), and presenting flowers and gifts to female students and professors by Basiji sisters have been programs that have garnered much interest among students and have been effective in encouraging female students to adhere to the hijab model.He added: It is noteworthy that the quantity, quality, and effectiveness of the proactive and supervisory actions of the university in the area of modesty and hijab are such that all women in the university environment have accepted the chador as the preferred hijab, and Qom University of Technology can serve as a model for a university that aligns with the standards of the revolution.
