برگزاری دوره آموزشی تخصصی با موضوع امنیت سایبری و رویکردهای نوین حوزه فناوری اطلاعات

🔹According to the Public Relations Office of Qom University of Technology, Dr. Saeed Rahimi, Assistant to the Head of Iran’s Passive Defense Organization, presented key points regarding passive defense and its importance for organizations.

Dr. Rahimi described passive defense as an organizational shield against threats. He defined it as an intelligent defensive strategy comprising a set of preventive measures that, without the use of weapons or direct confrontation, aim to reduce an organization’s vulnerability to various threats.

He further emphasized that the importance of this defense system in organizations is not only a requirement but also a strategic investment to ensure stability and service continuity.

Dr. Rahimi added that in today’s turbulent world, where organizations face diverse threats ranging from natural disasters and cyberattacks to unexpected crises, passive defense—through the implementation of practical solutions such as early warning systems, establishment of backup centers, structural reinforcement, workforce training, and crisis management planning—acts as a strong shield protecting the material and spiritual assets of organizations.

He noted that this defensive approach, by reducing vulnerability and increasing resilience, not only enhances organizational security but also ensures the continuity of services in critical conditions, preserves organizational credibility among stakeholders, and plays a decisive role in sustainable development.

At the end of the session, Dr. Rahimi also responded to employees’ questions on various topics, including the national internet network, mobile phone security, and other related issues.
