The Public Relations Office of the university is proud to inform esteemed members of the university community, including faculty, students, and valued colleagues, that following continuous legal efforts, the official ownership document for the university's lands and properties has been issued and delivered in the name of the university.
This significant achievement, regarded as one of the most important events in the university's history since its establishment, is undoubtedly the result of the relentless and tireless efforts of the officials and management team of the university in recent years, under the special care of Hazrat Fatemeh Masumeh, peace be upon her. The realization of this important matter has established the legal and rightful ownership of the university over its owned lands and paves the way for sustainable development and long-term planning for infrastructure projects.
Undoubtedly, this valuable success could not have been achieved without the special support and assistance of senior national officials. In this regard, the university feels obliged to express its sincere gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Hossein Simayi, the esteemed Minister of Science, Research, and Technology, and to Engineer Akbar Behnamjou, the honorable Governor of Qom, who, with a strategic and supportive perspective, facilitated the acquisition of this document, as well as to the esteemed Legal Deputy of the Presidency, who assisted the university in this complex process with a special and strategic viewpoint.
Furthermore, we sincerely thank and appreciate the cooperation and constructive interactions of the respected officials at the National Registration and Real Estate Organization and all executive bodies that accompanied the university during this lengthy process.
