The Islamic Revolution of Iran can confidently be regarded as the embodiment of all opposition to arrogance and the longing for freedom, in the sense of penetrating the hearts of nations and countries around the world without war and bloodshed. Despite the passage of thirty-nine years since November 4, 1979, the fervor and enthusiasm of youths and students in confronting arrogance has doubled.
The martyrs defending the shrine and the warriors of Islam against the Takfiri who disguise themselves as Muslims testify to the continuation of the path of the martyrs of the Revolution and the eight years of sacred defense. After the proposal of negotiations, some ignorant or treacherous individuals intended to depict this arduous path of connection with arrogance in a favorable light and again brought up the removal of the slogan "Death to America" mentioned by Imam Khomeini (RA). However, the truth is that revisiting the explicit views of Imam Khomeini (RA) shows that he never made even a brief reference to reconciliation with America during his years of struggle and after the revolution.
What distinguishes November 4 this year from previous years is the revelation of the sinister intentions of the United States in all negotiations and their betrayal regarding the lifting of oppressive sanctions against our country. The repeated support of Americans for bloodthirsty terrorists in the region to sow discord and civil wars and to weaken Muslim countries, and support for the ruthless Saudi regime in bombing the oppressed people of Yemen, is just a glimpse of the malevolence of the US government against Muslims.
Experience has shown that the United States will use any unlawful means to strike the Iranian nation and Muslims worldwide, and any internal efforts to gloss over this government and forget its crimes is a historical injustice against the Iranian nation.
The Imam and the martyrs of the sacred defense taught us that the only way to victory is perseverance and reliance on faith and piety. According to the remarks of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei (may his shade be extended); America is in decline. For forty years, the conflict between America and Iran has continued, with various provocations from the enemy, ranging from military and economic warfare to media warfare instigated by the US. In this forty-year struggle, the defeated party is America, while the victorious party is the Islamic Republic. The reason for America's defeat is that it initiated the attack but has not achieved its objectives.
We have faith in the promise of Almighty God and with effort and seeking assistance from the Divine, we will remain steadfast on this path.
"Indeed, those who have said, 'Our Lord is Allah,' and then remained steadfast, the angels will descend upon them, [saying], 'Do not fear and do not grieve, and receive good tidings of Paradise, which you were promised.'"
