According to the Public Relations Office of the university: In line with the comprehensive approach of strategic human resource management at Qom University of Technology, a 360-degree evaluation workshop was held thanks to the Administrative and Financial Deputy and the university's Supervision and Evaluation Group in the Shahid Akhundi seminar hall of the university.

At the beginning of this workshop, Dr. Masoud Kifahimand Ghiyour, Senior Advisor to the University President, expressed gratitude for the tireless efforts of the staff, stating: Human resources are a crucial element and the primary asset of any organization, and the establishment of a 360-degree evaluation and performance management system provides a systematic approach for fair, equitable, and accurate evaluation and assessment, allowing us to measure individual performance, identify competencies, and create an environment for just compensation for the efforts of employees and for the cultivation and development of their competencies.
He further added: This system can serve as a mirror reflecting the quality of individual performance back to the individuals themselves and to the managers. In this evaluation method, part of the assessment relates to the individual's self-reporting, while the other part concerns the opinions of superiors, subordinates, and colleagues; additionally, feedback from service customers is also collected, which together enables a more accurate evaluation.
He also emphasized the alignment of the plan with the university's higher documents, the necessity of integration with organizational processes, and the implementation of the plan utilizing information and communication technology and adopting a total quality management approach.
Dr. Kifahimand stated: In any organization, a true and accurate evaluation lays the groundwork for increasing human motivation and can lead to improvements in organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Organizational reforms should be based on the establishment and continuous improvement of systems and processes rather than relying on the preferences of managers.

This workshop concluded with discussions on topics such as performance management, self-regulation, key factors in performance evaluation, evaluation resources, 90-degree, 180-degree, and 360-degree evaluations, as well as the differences between traditional evaluations and 360-degree evaluations, presented by Dr. Safai, a faculty member of Kharazmi University.
