According to the public relations office of the university: During a ceremony organized by the Student Management, the Student Council, and the Computer Science Association, outstanding professors and active students were honored in conjunction with Teacher's Day and Dormitory Week.
At the beginning of this ceremony, Dr. Rezaei Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, congratulated everyone on this auspicious occasion and referenced the expansion of the university's construction projects over the past year, adding: Currently, academic, educational, and student spaces are being expanded and improved, and our utmost effort is to provide a vibrant and appealing environment for the university community.
He continued: Qom University of Technology should play a significant role in boosting production in the province and the country. According to the planning undertaken, 10 to 15 prominent faculty members will be recruited at Qom University of Technology by next year. The growth and entrepreneurship center must also become significantly more active with the help of faculty and students.
The president of Qom University of Technology stated: The university possesses excellent potentials, including proximity to Tehran, young faculty, talented students, etc. I hope that with proper guidance and planning, we will witness more scientific growth at this university.
Furthermore, Hojjatoleslam Va Muslameen Ghorbani Mobin, the representative of the Supreme Leader's Office at the university, referred to the esteemed position of the professor and added: Respect for the teacher brings blessings to knowledge. It has been narrated that anyone who teaches you something has a fatherly right over you.
Also, Dr. Marjani, the educational and research assistant, congratulated Teacher's Day and mentioned the evaluation of professors, adding: For the first time at the university, we have selected the top professors based on evaluations from department heads, students, scientific rankings, etc.
He added: The evaluation of professors is very important to the authorities, and we ask students to assist officials in evaluating professors fairly and meticulously.
At the end, Dr. Moshkooh Al-Sadat, Dr. Mohammadi Khoshoyi, Dr. Al-Imran, Dr. Haidari, and Dr. Khademzadeh were recognized as the top professors of the university.
In addition, distinguished students who excelled in sports competitions (darts, table football, and physical fitness), cooking competitions, and exemplary dormitory rooms for girls and boys were honored.
