According to the university's public relations office, to provide an accurate and comprehensive image of the Quranic and religious environment of universities across the country, to honor and appreciate active students, to introduce their outstanding works, and to encourage university members to engage more seriously in the spiritual atmosphere of the university; as well as with the aim of enhancing both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of religious thought in the symbol of higher education in the country, the "First Quranic, Cultural, and Artistic Festival of Martyr Avini" was held under the slogan "Promoting Art, the Polisher of Pure Muhammadan Islam and Approved by the Quran" with general and specific executive stages and regulations.
This festival was held in the Quranic, cultural and ideological, artistic and technological axes, as well as a special section, and in the field of recitation of the Quran, Seyed Muhammad Hossein Jafari, an undergraduate student at Qom University of Technology, succeeded in earning the third place.
