Formation of the Administrative Violations Review Committee of Qom University of Technology

According to the Public Relations Office of the university, following the executive regulations of the Administrative Offenses Law, a committee to investigate the administrative offenses of Qom University of Technology has been formed.In order to address administrative offenses in executive bodies, a committee known as the Committee for Investigating the Administrative Offenses of Employees is established. Based on Article 17 of the Executive Regulations of the Administrative Offenses Law ratified on 27/07/1373 by the Council of Ministers,the Committee for Investigating Administrative Offenses is required to inform the employee in writing of the charges after conducting the necessary investigations, and subsequently provide a ten day period for the employee to defend themselves. Upon request from the employee, this committee provides the necessary documentation.
