According to the public relations of the university and as reported by ISNA news agency, the President of Qom University of Technology stated: On the occasion of the martyrdom of Hazrat Masoumeh (s), the university's tent will be set up in the courtyard of Jawadal-Aimam at the shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (s) to provide cultural services and also distribute food.
Dr. Rezai Nour, in an interview with ISNA, mentioned: We established the university's tent in 2019 with the goal of creating a connection between university staff and the pilgrims of Hazrat Masoumeh (s), but due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we were unable to set up this tent properly until last year, when for the first time, we held the university's tent during Arbaeen in the city of Karbala with the presence of university representatives from across the country, creating a cultural and religious space.
He added: The main target audience of this tent is university pilgrims, including students, staff, and professors, and we also set up a tent in Karbala for this year's Arbaeen.
Rezaei Nour continued: This year, in collaboration with the representative of the Supreme Leader's office in Qom province, it was decided to set up this tent with the participation of all university members. This year, Qom University of Medical Sciences and Qom University also participated in the establishment of the tent.
He added: On the occasion of the martyrdom of Hazrat Masoumeh (s), the university's tent will be open from tonight until tomorrow night in the courtyard of Jawadal-Aimam at the shrine of Hazrat Masoumeh (s), providing cultural services and distributing food.
The President of Qom University of Technology stated: So far, this tent has been established with the participation of Qom University of Medical Sciences, and cultural programs such as screening the movie "Ikhtilaf-e-Reza" in coordination with the cultural department of the Qom province's IRGC from 7 PM to 9 PM, documentary screenings, student missions, and an exhibition of university martyrs are on the agenda.
He concluded by stating: Additionally, Qom University of Medical Sciences will set up a booth for medical and therapeutic consultations adjacent to the tent.
