According to the Public Relations of the University: Mr. Gholam Ali Khalilian, the cultural expert at Qom University of Technology, secured the first place in the section of memorization of the five parts of the Holy Quran at the second Cultural and Artistic Festival for Cultural and Social Experts of Universities and Higher Education Institutions across the country.
It is noteworthy that the second Cultural and Artistic Festival for Cultural and Social Experts of Universities and Higher Education Institutions featured several sections: Quranic (recitation, tarteel, research, and memorization), artistic (photography, painting, calligraphy, caricature, poster design, and music), film (short film, animation, teaser production, and mobile film), literary (novel, short story, play, screenplay, and poetry), article writing (scientific and promotional articles), as well as an entrepreneurship and cultural ideas section, hosted by the General Cultural and Social Office of the Ministry of Science and the Cultural and Social Vice Presidency of the University of Tehran, from January 5 to 7 of this year at the Asr Enqelab Complex in Shahriyar.
