According to the public relations office of the university: The closing ceremony of the 14th Sheikh Bahai National Innovation Festival was held with the presence of national and provincial officials, innovators, and business designers at the City Center Conference Hall in Isfahan. Dr. Shahram Nasrati, a faculty member at Qom University of Technology, achieved second place and a golden plaque in this festival in the startup innovators category.
Dr. Shahram Nasrati received the second rank in the 14th Sheikh Bahai National Innovation Festival by designing, manufacturing, prototyping, customizing, and producing motion control products, including advanced drivers for various three-phase electric motors, electric motors, thermostats, and controllers from the smart technology company Padideh Fanavaran Koharb.
It is worth mentioning that the knowledge-based company Padideh Fanavaran Koharb was established in 2014 with the participation of local technical forces and graduates of Qom University of Technology in the field of advanced motion control.
Some of the capabilities of this company include the following:
Innovation, systems engineering, customization, and production of modern equipment in related fields from idea creation to production, motion control (including modern rotary/linear electric motors, magnetic bearings, drivers/inverters, AC servo drives, position and speed sensors, etc.), energy converters, renewable energy (including various solar inverters, small gearbox-free wind generators, etc.), working in the field of electromagnetic actuators at the stages of modeling, design, simulation, and real-time control, compiling technical knowledge for the design, prototyping, production, and implementation of the most complex mechatronic systems known as active magnetic bearings with integrated electronics, using modern software and hardware tools (especially based on DSC, DSP, FPGA, and SOC in the design of advanced products related to motion control including customized advanced drivers, contactless rotary torque sensors based on nanotechnology, non-contact displacement sensors, etc.) - Networking local capabilities for optimal use of internal capacities to launch technological businesses in a distributed manner.
