According to the public relations office of the university: Dr. Rezaei Nour, the president of Qom University of Technology, issued a message honoring November 4th, the National Day of Struggle Against Global Arrogance. The full text of this message is as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
November 4th is a day of the resoluteness of the Iranian nation against the plots of arrogance. The Supreme Leader (may his blessings be upon him)
November 4th truly represents the revolutionary insight of the students who, through their martyrdom, said no to American interventions in Islamic Iran, and of the students who, by storming the embassy, brought independence and freedom to future generations.
It is no coincidence that Imam Khomeini (RA) referred to November 4th as the second revolution, as on this day, the students following the line of Imam seized the U.S. embassy in Tehran and, after breaking the resistance of the American marines and embassy guards, detained the American spies and uncovered the true face of the criminal America by publishing espionage documents.
I, while commemorating the memory of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the martyrs in crimson shrouds, especially the martyrs Ahmad Qandchi, Mostafa Bozorgnia, and Mahdi Shari'at-Razavi, hope that the enlightened and academic community, especially the university community of Qom University of Technology, with the help of Almighty God, adhering to the directions of the Supreme Leader (may his blessings be upon him), engaging in scientific jihad, and maintaining the spirit of independence-seeking will further contribute to the glory of the sacred Islamic Republic of Iran.
