Dr. Rezaei Nour, the President of Qom University of Technology, expressed gratitude for the contributions of previous officials and acknowledged the efforts of faculty and staff in the recent successes of the university during the inaugural session of the faculty think tank. He listed the continued efforts of faculty to enhance the university's ranking as one of his expectations and invited them to strengthen the university's social capital.

Hello and respectful greetings to the esteemed faculty members participating in the professional development workshop and the honorable guests. I congratulate you on the occasions of the Ten Days of Dawn. May this revolution connect with the emergence of Imam Mahdi (PBUH).
Additionally, I extend my congratulations and best wishes on the joyous birthday of Lady Fatimah Zahra (PBUH), the day of the mother, and Women's Day.
Initially, I congratulate the university for achieving the first rank in the employability of bachelor's graduates among all universities across the country. Please note that this success is the result of the efforts of previous esteemed presidents and dedicated faculty and staff, and I wish to express my gratitude to all of them. The significance of this achievement becomes even clearer when we consider that the per capita public budget for our university over the past four years has been around ten million tomans, while this figure in the region averages around thirteen million and approximately sixteen million tomans among industrial universities nationwide. In other words, any investment in Qom University of Technology is considered a profitable endeavor. Employability is one of the ranking indicators for universities in the Islamic World Science Citation Center and in national university ranking systems.
To facilitate faculty presence at the university, a faculty lounge has been prepared with the purchase of necessary equipment and is ready to provide services. I invite all esteemed faculty members to be present at the university at least one day a week for research, study, and to answer student inquiries. The faculty dormitory also offers service availability during midday hours for faculty, and I hope, while adhering to health protocols, we can be responsive. Moreover, the university's sports facilities are available to respected faculty members, providing a great opportunity for maintaining health.
I expect the esteemed faculty to help elevate the scientific ranking of the university through original and applied research in the serene environment we have created. To address the concerns of faculty related to promotions, the esteemed head and secretary of the University of Qom's assessment board have been invited to participate in a Q&A session, which will be held in the coming weeks.
I request that the esteemed faculty appreciate the calm atmosphere present and, by promoting collaboration and injecting positive energy, strengthen the university's social capital, which had been weakened at times in the past years. This university, with a young and elite faculty and motivated staff, is among the most agile higher education institutions in the country according to available statistics, and can, by relying on its valuable assets and the special scientific and spiritual status of the holy city of Qom, bring honor at both national and international levels in all scientific and cultural fields.
In conclusion, I would like to thank the President of the Representative Institution and his colleagues, as well as the esteemed secretary of the Faculty Think Tank and the colleagues involved in the education and research department.
