According to the university's public relations office, Dr. Rezai Noor congratulated Dr. Simayi Sarraf on his appointment as the Minister of Science, Research, and Technology. The text of this message is as follows:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Today, the noble and heroic nation of Iran takes pride in having recorded another epic in the glorious history of this land under the wise leadership of the Supreme Leader (may his shadow endure), through a conscious choice and enthusiastic participation. Following the martyrdom of the beloved President, His Excellency Dr. Pezeshkian rekindled the spark of hope and transformation in the hearts of the Iranian people by fostering unity and solidarity. In this context, dear Iran needs to grow in science and technology to achieve international scientific authority for Islamic civilization. Now that the helm of the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology is in the capable hands of His Excellency Dr. Simayi Sarraf, a clear path has been drawn for academics and researchers that will bring about comprehensive advancement in science and technology. Therefore, on behalf of the academic community of Qom University of Technology, I wish to express my gratitude for the tireless efforts and selfless contributions of the esteemed Professor Zolfi Gol, his deputies, administrators, and advisors, and I would like to congratulate my dear brother, His Excellency Dr. Simayi Sarraf, on his well-deserved appointment as Minister of Science, Research, and Technology. I hope that under his valuable management, universities, scientific and research institutes, and science and technology parks will continue to thrive and succeed on the path of scientific authority and civilizational building.
And with God is success
