In the name of God
"Teachers are among the dearest, hardest working, most influential, and most beneficial sectors of society." Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei (may his blessings be upon him)
The arrival of May 1st, the anniversary of the martyrdom of Professor Ayatollah Morteza Motahari (may peace be upon him) and the beginning of Teacher's Week, reminds us of the esteemed position of teachers in our rich Islamic and Iranian culture. Teacher's Day evokes the glory and greatness of the learned men and women who have selflessly strived throughout the proud history of this land to elevate science and literature, ensuring that the name of our beloved Iran remains eternal.
I hope that with the dedication and efforts of our esteemed professors, we will witness comprehensive advancements in the field of science and technology in our beloved country, and in the year that has been designated by the Supreme Leader (may his blessings be upon him) as the Year of Support for Iranian Goods, the knowledge-based economy of the country will flourish even more.
I sincerely wish for the continued success of these esteemed individuals, while also expressing my gratitude to the distinguished professors of this university.
