A nation that is alive shapes its future and the futures ahead with its own hands and will. In a religious democracy, the national will manifests itself based on a principled system in periodic elections, and the rotation of responsibilities and authorities among the elites and representatives of the nation heralds dynamism, vitality, and continuous improvement in the path of development and justice.
On the second of Esfand, the Iranian nation, especially the insightful people of Qom province, created a remarkable and widespread presence by participating in the ballot boxes, turning this day into a memorable part of the history of this land. The proud and heroic Iranians, despite the existing problems and recent adversities from the enemy, responded to the call of the Supreme Leader with a passionate presence at the ballot boxes, electing representatives for the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Assembly of Experts, taking a strong and decisive step in determining their destiny. In honoring and congratulating this significant event to all the people of Iran, I humbly pray to the Almighty for the glory and greatness of Islam, Iran, and the pride of the government and the nation.
